As mechanical products become smaller and more powerful, the requirements for magnetization waveform control are becoming increasingly stringent. Magrebo can design magnetic circuit paths based on customer waveform requirements.
Excellent Durability
As production equipment, the durability of magnetization coils directly impacts production costs. Improving coil durability and reducing customer production costs are key to earning customer trust. The durability of magnetization coils is closely related to their heat dissipation. To improve coil durability, Magrebo is focusing on the following improvement measures:
① Avoid coil overheating by designing low-energy, high-efficiency coils;
② Improve coil heat dissipation by designing coil shapes that facilitate heat dissipation and exploring the inclusion of air cooling devices;
③ Enhance coil heat resistance by selecting high-standard winding types and mold materials.
Easy Repair
Faulty coils can be repaired and reused, reducing customer production costs and minimizing the consumption of social resources. For example, the coil's magnetic pole piece and water-cooling unit are detachable. If the magnetizing coil is damaged, only the magnetic pole piece needs to be replaced, while the water-cooling unit remains in use.
Convenient Operation
For magnetizing coils used on production lines, operability and accuracy are crucial. Difficulty in operation or in quickly removing the magnetized product can lead to production line malfunction. To meet the needs of production lines, Magrebo has designed a variety of specialized magnetizing coils and magnetizing mechanisms, ranging from manual removal to semi-automatic and fully automated options.
