This kind of magnet is produced by mixing materials such as magnetic powder, resins (e.g., PA12, PPS) and additives, then manufacturing via injection molding with a dedicated injection molding machine.

Complex and diverse shapes and structures—Similar to plastics, injection molding can be used to create a variety of complex shapes to meet the needs of diverse applications.
High dimensional accuracy—Injection molded products are dimensionally consistent with the mold cavity, with minimal dimensional change due to binder shrinkage during cooling, typically with a tolerance of ±0.08mm. This allows the precision requirements of most applications to be met without the need for post-processing.
Adjustable magnetic properties—By selecting different magnetic powder types, powder content, and molding processes, the magnetic properties of injection molded magnets can be adjusted to suit specific application requirements.
Stable performance—Excellent physical and mechanical properties, including shock and vibration resistance, and excellent product consistency. Under normal operating conditions, magnetic and physical properties remain stable.
Lightweight and low cost—Compared to traditional metal magnets, injection molded magnets are lightweight, have a relatively simple production process, and are relatively inexpensive, offering advantages in cost- and weight-sensitive applications.
